A Keiretsu Forum member complies with the legal definition of an accredited investor, as defined in Regulation D – Rule 501 of the Securities Act of 1933. He or she has also read and signed the Keiretsu Forum Code of Conduct.

There are two categories of angel investor membership in Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic & South-East:

Individual accredited investors, which make up 85% of the Forum.
Corporate investors, accredited venture capital investors and private equity funds, which make up about 5% of the Forum.
The remainder of the Forum is comprised of 5% sponsor organizations and 5% partners.

The annual membership fee for investors is $3,000. First year membership fees may require a $450 administrative fee – please check with your chapter president to determine if if there are any current membership discounts. New K4-MA & K4-SE Chapters typically waive the administrative fee for the first 3 months of organization.
